Since 2002, Josh has been President and CEO of e-Agent, a successful and profitable internet business in the residential real estate marketplace. Josh is well known as 'the' online marketing guru in the industry and has been featured in USA Today, Korea Daily, Inman News, RISMedia and more while also guest speaking at colleges and outlets such as RISMedia, NAR, NVAR and RECyber.com. Before his current positions, Josh held managerial positions in advertising sales at Institutional Investor Magazine, TheDeal.com, Bill Communications and Katz Radio Group in NYC. Josh graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in Ancient European History. Lowell Perry, Co-Founder and Vice President Lowell Perry, Co-Founder and Vice President, specializes in strategic communications and business development for BrandClik. Along with his roles at BrandClik, Lowell oversees sales and new business development at e-Agent, a successful and profitable internet business in the residential real estate marketplace. During Lowell's time at e-Agent the firm has expanded into the Canadian marketplace and yielded a 15% increase in clients. Before e-Agent, Lowell worked at Strat@comm, a Fleishman-Hilliard owned company, on national automotive campaigns for clients such as DaimlerChrysler and Diesel Technology Forum. While at Strat@comm, Lowell secured both local television placements and national articles in venues such as USA Today, Detroit Free Press and The Washington Post. Lowell graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Communications: Focus - Broadcast, Telecommunications and Mass Media (BTMM). Lowell also holds an e-Marketing Certificate from the University of Virginia. Board MembersJohn Delta John Delta has held senior management positions in Finance, Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Information Technology. Mr. Delta began his career working for consulting leaders McKinsey & Company, Deloitte & Touche and Accenture, focusing on due diligence, risk management, post-merger integration strategy and information technology engagements. After working in consulting, Mr. Delta spent 10 years at The NASDAQ Stock Market where he built the internal consulting group into a 13-person team that focused on multi-million dollar strategic and operational initiatives. Mr. Delta spent his final seven years at NASDAQ as VP and GM of the e-commerce business unit, where he developed the business plan and built the unit into a $15M revenue contributor that was strongly cash flow positive. Mr. Delta also led NASDAQ's international e-commerce efforts with the launch of European and Asian sites. Mark Modica Mark Modica has been the CFO to many early stage venture backed software companies. Mr. Modica has been the CFO for software companies across a wide variety of industries including communications and networking, internet, wireless, storage, security, telecommunications, and most recently assisted Digital Bridge Communications, a startup WiMax company, raise $18M in venture equity and debt and purchase a wireless company in a simultaneous transaction. Mr. Modica founded and was CEO of CyberCFO, a venture-backed CFO services firm. At CyberCFO he co-created the "JumpStart" networking series which was a rich source of early stage deal flow for the Washington venture community. Prior to CyberCFO, Mr. Modica held various positions of financial management with public and private software companies including APACHE Medical Systems (IPO, NASDAQ) and Infodata Systems (NASDAQ) as well as a boutique merchant bank. Richard Ward Richard Ward is Founder and CEO of CentraMart, which he created in 2003 with his former newspaper colleagues and the leadership team at the National Newspaper Association. Prior to starting CentraMart, Mr. Ward has been on the front lines of many successful eCommerce businesses such as FNIS, Fidelity National Financial's NASDAQ technology affiliate, Microsoft Corporation, as a member of the management team and director of real estate business at HomeAdvisor Technologies and a vice president of Microsoft's real estate brokerage subsidiary. Before joining Microsoft, Mr. Ward was an executive vice president at HomeSpace.com, and was a key executive in the development and management of Costco's national real estate and mortgage programs. Mr. Ward is a former co-owner and editor of two weekly newspapers: The Jasper County (MO) News and The Sarcoxie (MO) Record. He was a principal in his family's printing and publishing operations until joining the Navy in 1966, where he became an award-winning journalist and public affairs specialist while serving in Southeast Asia. He is the former CEO and editor of CampaignNetworks magazine and was an executive and the managing editor for many of Target Marketing's career and educational publications. Mr. Ward is also founder and CEO of Providence Business Group, Inc. which developed the CentraMart concept, and is a founding principal in WMWorks, a national strategic consultancy specializing in homeownership firms and ventures. Richard's other entrepreneurial accomplishments in the late 1980s and 1990s include co-founding and serving as Chairman and CEO of GeoTel Corporation and as CEO of Audio Listing Service, Inc. At GeoTel, Mr. Ward initiated the company's entry into newspaper clipping services by acquiring the clipping bureaus of the Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa and Kentucky state press associations. |
